Once you have visited our site, contacting us is simple. Just click on “Contact,” and email us. Let us know which properties or types of properties you are interested in visiting, and we will quickly organize a visit for any day of the week.

đź“Ś WHICH AIRPORT DO YOU RECOMMEND NEAR TROPEA?
We recommend Lamezia Terme airport, which is only 60km from Tropea, and recommend flying with Ryanair if you are flying from outside Italy (www.ryanair.com; Tel. 08712460000). If you are flying here from within Italy, we recommend Alitalia (www.alitalia.com; Tel. 08706448259).

đź“Ś WHAT ARE AVERAGE PRICES FOR FLYING TO ITALY?
This heavily depends on the period of your travel.

đź“Ś HOW DO I GET TO TROPEA AFTER I LAND?
It’s easy! You can choose the state railway line, which includes a panoramic route that will deliver you to Tropea in just 50 minutes from Lamezia Terme, or in an hour and a half from Reggio Calabria (where there’s another regional airport). The train ticket price from Lamezia Terme to Tropea is only 3 euros, while from Reggio it is around 5 euros. Alternatively, you can rent a car or use a taxi service, but we advise you to agree on a price before departure. We are also happy to organize a taxi transfer to Tropea. If you wish to rent a car, the following are the main car rental services from the regional airports: EUROPCAR 0039-0968 / 51533, HERTZ, 0039-0968 / 51541, MAJOR 0039-0968 / 51331. In advance, we advise you to visit www.moneysavingexpert.com where you will find Europcar’s normal rates. However, if you intend to stay in Tropea for the duration of your visit, a car is not particularly necessary, as most everything you will need is close.

đź“Ś CAN I RENT AN APARTMENT WHILE LOOKING FOR A PROPERTY TO BUY IN TROPEA?
Of course! We at the agency have apartments and villas at your disposal, with great discounts as the properties are owned by the agency. If you click on “Holidays in Tropea,” you can see our properties and, if you wish to book a stay at one of them, you can e-mail us with a request. Alternatively, if you wish to stay in a bed & breakfast, we can offer excellent advice. Remember that all living expenses and taxi services will be reimbursed if you buy a house through our agency.

đź“Ś IF I BUY A HOUSE TO BE RESTORED, OR IF I BUY LAND WHERE I HAVE THE DREAM OF BUILDING A VILLA, WHO TAKES CARE OF THE MANAGEMENT OF THE WORK WHILE I AM NOT THERE?
The manager and owner of the agency, Cristian Buttafuoco, will assume all the responsibility of supervising the work on your property, and updating you daily with e-mails, photos and videos.

đź“Ś IF WE BUY A PROPERTY AND ARE WILLING TO RENT IT IN THE SUMMER, WHO WILL DO THE MANAGEMENT WHILE WE ARE AWAY?
We at the agency are happy to manage your property, assuming all responsibilities. The cost is 10% of the property’s income. We only manage properties of customers who purchase through our agency. If, on the other hand, you do not wish to rent your property, we can manage it at zero cost.

đź“Ś IF I BUY A PROPERTY I WILL NEED TO FURNISH IT. WHO CAN HELP ME? WHERE CAN I FIND CHEAP FURNITURE?

đź“Ś WHAT IS THE BEST PERIOD FOR VISITING PROPERTIES IN TROPEA?
Our advice is to come to Tropea in the months of March or November – or more generally in the winter – as properties are generally not occupied by tourists during these times, and flights are cheaper.
